Twentieth Presidential Export Awards organized by Sri Lanka Export Development Board (EDB) was held under the patronage of President of Maithripala Sirisena yesterday (9th Aug.) at the BMICH.

113 awards under 10 categories were presented for the years 2014/ 15.

‘Sri Lanka Exporter of the Year’, ‘Highest Nett Foreign Exchange Earner’, ’Most market diversified Exporter’, ‘Best Sri Lankan Brand Exporter’, ‘Best Multinational Export Company’, ‘Excellence in Sustainable Development Award’, ‘Highest Employment Provider in the export Industry’, ‘Highest Contributor from the regions to the export supply chain’, ‘Best Emerging Exporter, “Best Packaging Service Provider to exporters” were the 10 special awards presented at the ceremony, and another 93awards under “Goods and Services” were also presented.
