The Finance Ministry has appointed a new Board of Directors to Hotel Developers (Lanka) PLC which owns The Hilton Hotel.

Sagarika Neelamani Kumari Delgoda, who for sometime was the Sri Lankan permanent representative for the German assisted NGO, the Friedrich Naumann Foundation has been appointed as Chairperson.

Meanwhile, Ms. Deeshana S. Amarasekera, Hoseph Soosaidason, Janaprit S. Fernando, Ms. Padma Maharaja, Priyanka Dissanayake and J.M.U.P. Jayamaha have been appointed Non Executive Directors of Hotel Developers (Lanka) PLC.

The earlier Board of Directors resigned with effect from 07 April 2015. The former Chairman was Tirukumar Nadeson.
