Rohantha Athukorala who earlier functioned as the Chairman of the Export Development Board (EDB) has been appointed as Chairman Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau.

While speaking to www.adaderanabiz.lk, Rohantha Athukorala said that promoting Sri Lanka better globally as a sought after destination in the tourism sector is his expectation and that he would fully commit himself towards this.

Some Rs. 05 billion has been allocated to the promotional activities of the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau.
