The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the regulator of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has invited the heads of stockbroking firms for a meeting on February 25. The gathering scheduled to be held tomorrow (20), has been postponed until February 25.

The meeting will be with the newly appointed SEC Chairman Viraj Dayaratne PC and the SEC Commission members.

Currently, the SEC board comprises of Chairman Viraj Dayaratne PC, D.N.R.Siriwardena,H.A. Karunaratne, Priyantha Ratnayake, Manil Jayesinghe, Naresh Abeysekera, Sisira Ratnayake, Suhada Gamlath PC and Sunil Lankathilake.
