Vallibel properties Limited has been incorporated on 5^th March 2020, as a fully owned subsidiary of Vallibel Finance PLC, to engage in the administration of construction, development, and maintenance of the proposed head office building complex, for Vallibel Finance PLC.

In a stock exchange filing, the Vallibel Finance PLC noted that the said subsidiary was incorporated following the receipt of the approval of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and the relevant approval under section 17 of the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka Act No.4 of 1978.

Corporate trailblazer Dhammika Perera is the major shareholder of Vallibel Finance PLC.
