The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) will close early at 12:30 PM on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, to accommodate the Local Authorities Elections scheduled across Sri Lanka, as announced by the CSE.

The early closure is intended to enable market participants, including investors and staff, to participate in the voting process.

The CSE typically operates from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

All trading sessions, including equities and debt, will conclude at 12:30 PM.
