Laugfs Gas PLC has acquired 1,886,211 or 69 per cent of the total issued shares of Petredec Elpiji Limited for USD 18.75 million.

Petredec Elpiji Limited is the third largest operator engaged in down-streaming Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in Bangladesh.
