We then move to the ‘Opportunity’ where we understand the 7 Imperatives for sustainable business. The sessions will identify the 7 Imperatives essential for any business to embed sustainability in corporate strategy

The program will cover the multiple facets of stainability and how it impacts strategic corporate sustainability. Participants will learn about the challenges of managing resource sustainability and how to align to the new UN Sustainable development goals by using the ‘Strategic Corporate Sustainability Business engagement matrix’ to identify which priority goals each business should engage in.
This program is facilitated by Dr. Ravi Fernando who holds an MBA from the University of Colombo and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). In addition to this, Dr. Fernando is an Alumni of the University of Cambridge with a Master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership and holds a Doctorate from the European University in Geneva. His experience in over four continents with global multinationals like Unilever, Smithkline Beecham and years of experience can ignite young leaders towards creating their sustainability led business visions.
