‘Corporate Etiquette Consultancy with Kumar de Silva’ is a half-day programme which constitutes five very intensive and totally interactive one-hour segments which have been specially customised for Sri Lankan needs. They are - ‘General Corporate Etiquette’, ‘Cocktail Protocol – Wining & Dining’, ‘Personal Hygiene and Grooming’, ‘Effective Communication Skills’, and ‘The International Travel Savvy Passenger’. These all involve a great deal of role play, handling situations and cover all critical areas successful corporates need to know.
