While The Waters Edge Hotel has been successful in recording a profit Rs. 240 million during the year 2017, it has focused on further developing its operations and physical infrastructure facilities.

A proposal by Megapolis and Western Development Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka to construct a luxury 48 room medium scale urban hotel for Waters Edge has received the Cabinet nod.
