WindForce PLC has announced the signing of a Land Lease Agreement for the Rividhanavi 100 MW Solar Power Project with the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority on October 10, 2025.

The 24-year lease covers land in Kotiyagala, Siyambalanduwa, Monaragala District, with a total rental value of LKR 50 million.

The agreement marks the completion of all key project contracts, including the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Implementation Agreement, and Transmission Development Contract.

As a result, the Rividhanavi Solar Power Project’s effective start date is set for October 10, 2025, signaling the beginning of project commencement.
