The Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC has announced that Dr. M. Nilupul Perera has resigned from his positions as Chairman and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the company, with immediate effect from 05 June 2025.

Dr. Perera was appointed to the Board on 05 December 2024 as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, following recommendations by the Nomination and Governance Committee. He was also appointed Chairman of the company with immediate effect on the same day.
