NDB Champions the Thrilling First Leg of the 78th Bradby Shield Encounter

The iconic match, held on August 24th at the Royal College Sports Complex, saw Trinity College Kandy defeat Royal College with a final score of 17 to 16.

This year marks the third time NDB has partnered with both schools for this prestigious event, reflecting the bank’s ongoing commitment to empower youth and promote sportsmanship across the nation. The match not only highlighted the athletes' skill and determination but also featured innovative engagement activities sponsored by NDB.

During the match, the excitement extended beyond the field as NDB introduced a fun, interactive event for the spectators. QR codes were released via drone, inviting the audience to scan them and win exciting prizes, adding an extra layer of entertainment to the thrilling match.
