Secretary to Ministry of Highways, Ports & Shipping and Chairman of the Road Development Authority R.W.R. Pemasiri revealed on new highway road plans for in and around Colombo areas during an exclusive interview with BIZ 24×7 of Ada Derana 24×7.

It has come to light that the authorities expect to launch the new highway road plan in a bid to reduce traffic within the Colombo city.
