Equity One PLC has decided to delist its shares from the official list of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) pending shareholder and regulatory approvals.

The company has made arrangements with Carson Cumberbatch PLC, which is the majority shareholder with 96.23 per cent shares, for the purchase of the shareholders of Equity One who wish to sell or divest their shares at Rs. 77.50 per share.
