The issue by Access Engineering PLC of 30 million rated, senior, unsecured, redeemable debentures at Rs. 100/- each with the option to issue up to a further 20 million debentures in the event of an oversubscription closes at 4.30 pm today (13 November) after having received applications for over Rupees four billion and four hundred thousand (4,400,000,000) by yesterday.
