Yeheli.lk is supported through partnerships with the National Institute of Mental Health, Without Borders and Doc990, bringing together clinical expertise, counselling services and digital health access to guide users toward credible information and professional support where further assistance is required. The newly introduced AI-powered feature adds 24/7 chat and voice-based support in Sinhala, Tamil and English, enabling individuals to seek confidential assistance free of charge at any time and from anywhere in the country.

Established as a safe digital space where individuals can ask personal questions without judgement, Yeheli.lk provides access to information on mental health, family and relationship concerns, personal wellbeing and other health-related matters. The AI Chat & Voice Bot offers initial support to help users better understand their concerns and available options, while directing them to qualified professionals and partner organisations when further expert help is required. The platform continues to prioritise anonymity and confidentiality.
