Dialog Axiata PLC has entered into a joint venture with Asiri Hospital Holdings PLC to establish to introduce electronic commercial services in the health sector.

This agreement is between Digital Holdings Lanka (Private) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dialog and Asiri Hospital Holdings PLC.

While 70 per cent ownership of this new venture would be with Digital Holdings Lanka, 30 per cent would be with Asiri Hospital Holdings.
