Adam Investments Limited, an investor group in PC House Holdings PLC said it has obtained an interim order from the Commercial High Court of Colombo restraining PC House Holdings PLC from selling or transferring Bieco Link Carbons (Pvt) Ltd shares to MMD Lanka Ventures (Pvt) Limited.

This order also restrains MMD Lanka Ventures (Pvt) Limited from taking possession or removal assets of Bieco Link Carbons (Pvt) Ltd and Global Corporate Solutions (Pvt) Ltd from acting as the company secretary of PC House Holdings PLC and Bieco Link Carbons (Pvt) Ltd.

Court has also appointed PWC Corporate Secretarial Services (Pvt) Ltd as the company secretary of PC House Holdings PLC and Bieco Link Carbons (Pvt) Ltd until such time that an emergency general meeting of both companies is held.

This interim order is in addition to the order issued by the court on 04 July, 2014.
