Following Ambeon Capital PLC’s acquisition of controlling stake in Harischandra Mills PLC through its subsidiary, Ambeon Essentials (Private) Limited, four new directors have been appointed to the board of Harischandra Mills PLC, effective from Tuesday (12th May 2026).

Accordingly, the following Ambeon Group board members have been appointed as new directors of Harischandra Mills PLC:

• Mr. Sujeewa Mudalige - Independent, Non-Executive Director
• Dr. Sajeeva Narangoda - Executive Director
• Mr. Savanth Sebastian - Independent, Non-Executive Director

In addition, legendary Sri Lankan cricketer Mr. Aravinda de Silva has also been appointed as a Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director, representing Ambeon Essentials (Private) Limited.
