We wish to address recent speculation regarding a death at Asiri Central Hospital and of inaccurate and unsubstantiated information circulating in the public domain alleging medical negligence in relation to this incident.

Asiri Central Hospital extends its deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased during this difficult time.

The hospital takes all matters concerning patient care and safety with the utmost seriousness. Throughout the patient’s care, our medical and healthcare teams remained committed to providing appropriate medical attention in accordance with established clinical practices and professional standards.

Contrary to posts on social media we also wish to categorically state that there was absolutely no delay in releasing the remains of the deceased to the family although the hospital bills remained as yet unsettled.
