Ceylon Beverage Holdings PLC has responded to an inquiry from the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) regarding unusual trading activity in its shares (BREW.N0000) on December 12, 2024.

The company confirmed it has no unpublished price-sensitive information to disclose. It clarified that the trade of 380 shares accounted for a mere 0.0018% of its total issued shares, totaling 20,988,090.

Ceylon Beverage Holdings also noted it is unaware of any reasons for the observed price variation, emphasizing transparency in addressing the CSE’s concerns.
