The Colombo High Court has issued interim orders on 04 and 11 July against PCH Holdings PLC whereby pending the summoning and holding an Extraordinary General Meeting of the company and appointed Chaminda Dayan Banduthileka and Darshana Padmal Galabodage as directors of the company and PW Corporate Secretarial (Pvt) Limited as the secretaries to the company.

Chaminda Dayan Banduthileka is a management and financial consultant with over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial industry specializing in corporate and retail banking, project management, information technology and process/operations re-engineering. He has also been involved as a consultant in strategic, operational and financial planning for several private companies and financial organizations.

He is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka, the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and the Sri Lanka Institute of Training Development. He has also been a lecturer in banking and has been an active member of the Association of Professional Bankers of Sri Lanka.

Currently he is reading for his Masters Degree in Business Administration at the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayawardenapura and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examination at the first level.

Darshana Padmal Galabodage has over 16 yrs experience in the Information Communication Technology as a lecturer, assistant registrar and a marketer. He holds several diplomas in ICT, Software & Hardware Engineering and legal studies. He is the current Chief Operating Officer of Network Communications (Pvt) Limited which is a subsidiary of Adams Investments Limited.
