Centara Passikudah Resort & Spa Sri Lanka, one among the world renowned Centara chain of resorts and spas is set near the beach at Passikudah Bay, a long stretch of coastline much sought after for its calm and shallow waters ideal for swimming and water sports. The area is known for one of the best-known reef systems in the Indian Ocean. The Centara Passikudah Resort which is on the east of the island is 35 kilometres north of Batticaloa and five hours away from Colombo by road.
