Ramadan is anticipated to commence once the moon is sighted over Mecca on Wednesday, March 24, 2023. Ramadan which lasts 30 days, will finish on Friday, April 21, and Eid al-Fitr celebrations will begin either on April 22 or on April 23, 2023.
