Entries are now open Applications are now being accepted for the Otters Open Badminton Championship, organised by the Western Province Badminton Association and the Otters Aquatics Club under the supervision ofSri Lanka Badminton (SLB).

Entries will close on May 30.

The Otters Open Badminton Championship, a Level 1 ranking tournament accredited by SLB, will be held from June 12-18 at Otters Aquatic Club and SLB courts as well as Mercantile Badminton Association indoor courts.

Competitions will be conducted under three sectors, junior, senior and open for singles, doubles and mixed doubles categories. The junior category includes U- 11, U- 13, U-15, U- 17 and U- 19 events. The senior category includes the Over 30, 35, 40,45, 50, 55, 60, 65 and 70.

The tournamentis sponsored by McFoil, Mobil Lubricants, Li Ning, 3M and GAC.
