Issuing a statement, SriLankan Airlines, assured its continued support to the country as the national carrier of Sri Lanka by connecting the main medical supply hubs into the country and wished to extend its gratitude to George Steuart Health (PVT) Ltd. for choosing SriLankan Cargo as the logistics partner for this critical operation.

Meanwhile, George Steuart Health also appreciated the efforts of Mr. Vipula Gunetilleka – CEO, Mr. Chamara Ranasinghe – Head of Cargo Sri Lankan, Ms. Theruni Alles – Cargo Strategy & Marketing Manager and the rest of the team at SriLankan for their unstinted support.

Sri Lanka’s national carrier, SriLankan Airlines, has stepped up at this hour of need and swiftly coordinated the shipment within a record time frame.

With the rise in positive cases on the island, Sri Lankan health authorities have opted to screen communities with these WHO-approved Antigen Rapid Test Kits, for faster results to break the chain of transmission of the virus.
