This August, Hilton Colombo presents the second edition of its widely popular ‘Flavors of Việt Nam,’ a 10-day culinary showcase that will celebrate the vibrant gastronomic traditions of Việt Nam. Taking place from 20 – 29 August 2026 in collaboration with Hilton Saigon, this immersive gourmet experience will encompass authentic Vietnamese recipes, live cooking stations, and regional specialties served alongside Graze Kitchen’s signature dinner buffet.

Led by guest chefs Nam and Van from Hilton Saigon, the event takes diners on a nightly journey through Vietnam’s diverse culinary regions, with dishes shaped by traditional techniques and bold, balanced flavors. The showcase will feature Bánh Mì, layered with crisp pickled vegetables, fresh basil and coriander; steaming bowls of Vietnamese Pho, served with beef or chicken and accompanied by fresh herbs among other authentic dishes. Guests can also indulge in Bánh Xèo, a Vietnamese pancake, along with delicate fresh spring rolls and charcoal-grilled specialties. Traditional favorites such as fragrant Vietnamese coffee jelly and mango sticky rice bring a distinctly Vietnamese touch to the dessert selection.

‘Flavors of Việt Nam’ is available nightly from 20 to 29 August 2026 with first seating from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm and second seating from 9.00 pm to 11.00 pm. The experience is priced at LKR 10,888 nett per adult and LKR 5,444 nett per child (6–11 years).
