Janashakthi Finance PLC, a subsidiary of JXG (Janashakthi Group), recently held a strategic retreat with its Corporate Management and Management Team to launch Project Compass, a service transformation initiative focused on enhancing customer experiences, strengthening processes and building a culture of service excellence.

Held in partnership with Blue Mango Partners, the initiative marks the beginning of a series of programmes that will be rolled out over the coming months to embed a customer-first approach and drive meaningful transformation across the organisation.
