Chairman of a giant among Sri Lanka’s apparels sector MAS Holdings Group, Mahesh Amalean has been appointed an independent, non-executive director of Dialog Axiata.

This appointment follows after Jayantha Dhanapala left Dialog Axiata as a independent, non-executive director recently.
