Pompeo is expected to arrive in Sri Lanka tomorrow (27) , on an invitation extended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Dinesh Gunawardena.

Earlier this month, a high-profile Chinese delegation led by Yang Jiechi, former foreign minister, Communist Party Politburo member and head of the Central Foreign Affairs Commission, had visited Colombo.
