The Cabinet of Ministers has granted approval for the University of Moratuwa and the University of Aalto in Finland to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

The resolution was tabled by the Minister of Education G. L. Pieris.

This MoU is expected to initiate corporation, facilities, conduct combined researches and other activities between the institutional staff, the Departments an Research Institutions of both parties.
