Orient Garments Plc. is preparing to amalgamate with Stafford Orient Pvt. Ltd.

While this has been notified to the Colombo Stock Exchange, Stafford Orient Pvt. Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of Orient Garments Plc.

Orient Garments further states that this amalgamation would be with effect from 20 June and after that it would function as an amalgamated company.

Orient Garments, which is owned by PC House Holdings has five apparels factories and possesses over 28 years experience in Sri Lanka’s apparels sector.
