Puritas (Pvt.) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Haycarb PLC – a member of the Hayleys Group commissioned a Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant today, 15^th August 2014 at Padaviya in Anuradhapura as a part of their CSR project, ‘Puritas Sath Diyawara.’

Chief Guest, Hon. Tissa Karalliyadda, Minister of Child Development and Women's Affairs, Mr. Mohan Pandithage, Chairman & Chief Executive of Hayleys Group and Mr. Rajitha Kariyawasan, Managing Director, Haycarb PLC graced the opening of the new plant in Padaviya.

The RO plant will provide safe drinking water and uplift the socio-economic conditions of the Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) affected people in the North Central province. This venture is expected to mitigate the spread of CKD which has become an acute issue in this region.
