Browns Investments PLC has decided to issue 1,860,000,000 ordinary by way of a Rights Issue in the proportion of one ordinary share to every one share held by shareholders at Rs. 1.25 per share.

The current stated capital of Browns Investments PLC is Rs. 5,380,000,000 consisting of 1,860,000,000 ordinary shares.
