The renovations of the building occupied earlier by the Auditor General’s Department is nearing completion now, it is to be opened by end July or beginning August as a shopping complex with 42 sales outlets, says the Urban Development Authority (UDA) chairman.

UDA chairman Nimal Perera told AdaderanaBiz.lk that all the 42 sales outlets have been offered to local businesses.

The renovation work of this building is being handled by the Sri Lanka Navy while preserving its original architecture.
