Sri Lanka’s Pan Asia Banking Corporation to accept 10 million more debentures

Pan Asia Banking Corporation is to exercise the option to accept the further 10 million debentures in addition to the initial issue of the 20 million debentures at Rs. 100 each and to issue 30 million debentures in total.

The basis of allotment of the 30 million debentures is as follows:

Preferential allotment: Up to 18 million debentures (60 per cent of the total issue) allotted to identified investors on a preferential basis and no further.

All other investors: Type A – Up to 50,000 debentures (Rs. 5,000,000) 100 per cent allotment. Applicants above 50,000 debentures (Above Rs. 5,000,000) pro-rata basis (applicable ratio would be approximately 57.314694 per cent).

Type B - Up to 50,000 debentures (Rs. 5,000,000) 100 per cent allotment. Applicants above 50,000 debentures (Above Rs. 5,000,000) pro-rata basis (applicable ratio would be approximately 69.113340 per cent).

This allotment is with effect from 30 October 2014.
