Managing Director of Lanka Fishing Flies (Pvt) Ltd, Suresh de Mel has been appointed as the new Chairman of Export Development Board (EBD).

He was preceded in office by Prabhash Subasinghe who recently stepped down as the chairman of the EDB.

Veteran exporter Suresh de Mel is also the Chairman of Ecowave Guarantee Limited and Ecowave Travels.
