CSE says the commencement of the preopen session today (16th August 2021) is delayed due to one Broker system vendor having technical difficulties in connecting to the exchange.

Meanwhile the go live date of the implementation of the Delivery Versus Payment (DVP) Settlement mechanism has been scheduled for today as well.
