TVS Motor Company (TVSM) – a part of TVS Venu, a leading global manufacturer in the two and three-wheeler segments, today launched its connected passenger electric three-wheeler, TVS King EV MAX in Sri Lanka. The TVS King EV MAX is a powerful blend of technology, sustainability, and performance, offering a smart and future-ready solution for urban commuting. Designed to dominate the roads with its robust build, superior durability, and unmatched performance, it reinforces TVS Motor Company's commitment to innovation and sustainability.

With an impressive range of 179 km on a single charge, the TVS King EV MAX is designed to maximize productivity while minimizing running costs. Its fast-charging capability enables the battery to charge from 0 to 80% in just 2 hours and 30 minutes, reducing downtime and keeping users on the move. Delivering best-in-class acceleration of 0 to 30 km/h in just 3.7 seconds, the TVS King EV MAX offers responsive performance ideal for city operations. Equipped with TVS SmartXonnect™, it provides advanced connected features such as real-time navigation, vehicle alerts, and diagnostics directly through a smartphone, ensuring greater convenience and operational efficiency.

The TVS King EV MAX is powered by a high-performance 11 kW motor and a reliable 51.2V lithium-ion LFP battery, making it ideal for urban mobility. Offering a top speed of 60 km/h across ECO (40 km/h), City (50 km/h), and Power (60 km/h) modes, it delivers efficient and dependable performance for daily operations.

Its spacious cabin and ergonomic seating ensure enhanced passenger comfort, making every ride smooth and enjoyable.

Sri Lanka has a large three-wheeler market, with the segment playing a vital role in urban mobility, livelihoods, tourism, and last-mile connectivity. As the country advances its transition towards sustainability mobility, electric three-wheelers are gaining traction due to their lower operating and maintenance costs, improved economics, and suitability for shared and intermediate public transport.

The TVS King EV MAX is now available across select dealerships in Sri Lanka and will be available across the channel network by September 2026.
