Anura Siriwardene and Sujeewa Rajapaksha who were Non Executive Directors of the National Development Bank (NDB) have tendered their resignations.

The NDB has informed the Colombo Stock Exchange that these resignations are with effect from 31 March 2015.

Earlier, Suni Wijesinha who was Chairman of NDB resigned and had revealed the reasons for his resignation on his Facebook account.
