A controlling stake of 28.6 million shares, which is 86.23 percent of Entrust Securities has been changed as a crossing at Rs. 20.50 per share at the stock market this morning to Entrust Holdings.

Meanwhile, 19 million shares which is 85 percent stake of Multi Finance have also been changed as a crossing to Entrust Holdings at Rs. 16.60 per share.
