The Election Commission is in the process of fulfilling the necessary tasks to conduct national level elections scheduled in the year 2019 and 2020.

Accordingly, the proposal made by the Hon. Prime Minister to purchase 14 New Cabs and a Van for the Election Commission to enable it to accomplish the elections to be held in the days to come, efficiently and productively, was approved by the Cabinet.
