To achieve this task, the ministry is seeking financial assistance for this project and to famed banks in Japan JMIC and MUFG have shown their interest to provide USD 150 million on the concessionary rate.
Minister Naveen Dissanayke held discussions with delegations of these banks Thursday (30th Nov.).
