The Cabinet of Ministers approved the proposal presented by Minister of Tourism, Wildlife and Christian Religious Affairs to allocate a 7 acre land at Palatupana in Yala to the brother Association of Dubai's One Nature (Pvt) Ltd on a 50 year lease basis.

The land near the Yala nature reserve in Sri Lanka’s south coast will be leased to build a resort comprising 28 chalets.
