A Turkish Affair Unfolds at Hilton Colombo’s Graze Kitchen

Hilton Colombo presents ‘A Turkish Affair’, an exclusive 10-day culinary showcase at Graze Kitchen from 11 to 20 June 2026, celebrating the rich flavors, traditions, and hospitality of Türkiye. Conducted in collaboration with Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, the experience will feature authentic Turkish cuisine curated by guest chef Sercan Hamarat, bringing a taste of Istanbul to Colombo.

Designed to complement Graze Kitchen’s signature dinner buffet, this exclusive culinary partnership will feature traditional Turkish favorites that evoke the rich interplay between the bright freshness of the Mediterranean coast, and the aromatic spices of the Middle East and Central Asia. Guests will be spoiled for choice with moreish Turkish Shawarmas and Döners showcasing sizzling cuts of meat, traditional Turkish kebabs, and hearty specialties including Chicken and Mutton Ouzi. Set against a dining ambiance inspired by the cultural elements of Türkiye, guests can also delight in an assortment of Turkish mezze dishes that will inspire an evening of good conversation and cherished moments.
