Bairaha Farms PLC, the pioneer poultry Integrator in Sri Lanka has recently selected two of their employees as the best performers in the Company’s in the year 2018/2019 since they achieved best performance and productivity compared to other farms in the Group.

Accordingly, the beneficiaries were two Farm Managers in the Breeding Division of the company, namely Mr. Chaminda Sampath Wijesekara and Mr. Ajith Nishantha Abewickrama who were awarded with family tours to Bangkok to enjoy with their own families.

In a ceremony held on 5th December 2019 in the Head Office, with the participation of the beneficiaries and their family members, the Management emphasised that this award was part of the performance-based culture now in force within the company. The management congratulated them and wished them a happy and enjoyable foreign tour.
