The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will be launching the “Best Corporate Citizen Sustainability Award 2019” and “Best Sustainability Projects Awards 2019” (BCCS Award 2019) on 25 July, at the Chamber auditorium.

The launch will include a briefing by an expert panel of evaluators, in which prospective applicants will be informed of the criteria and process of applying for the competition.

The panel will also discuss the benefits of the competition, and its focal areas; namely — Environment, Employee Relations, Customer Relations, Community Relations and Supplier Relations, Governance, Financial Performance and Economic Contribution, and Projects Awards. Furthermore, prospective applicants will receive guidance on how to compile and submit applications to compete in the BCCS Awards 2019.

This event is particularly suited for Sustainability Managers, CSR/Communication Managers, and the staff engaged in the preparation of application for the BCCS awards.
