The two day program to be held on the 24th and 25th of June at the Kingsbury, will focus on areas such as aligning human resources with strategic business growth, articulating and implementing compelling employee value propositions (EVP), identifying and developing employee potential, building a highly engaged workforce using EE 2.0 framework, building a high performance organisation, and business transformation through leadership transformation.
