Sri Lankan winning the ICC Twenty20 2014 World Cup has enabled Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) to provide the team’s sponsorship and telecast rights at higher costs, says the SLC treasurer.

While speaking to AdaderanaBiz, SLC treasurer Nuski Mohamed said, “When the skills of our cricket team increase we are in a position to charge more for sponsorships and telecast rights. So this World Cup win is a very good opportunity to increase SLC’s income.”
